# Liquidated

What Liquidated is and where to begin.

Liquidated is an audio-visual order-flow instrument for Hyperliquid perpetual markets. It translates live buy and sell flow into a tape, sound, and a responsive liquid field.

{% hint style="info" %}
Liquidated is an experimental art and data instrument. It is not trading software, financial advice, or a signal service.
{% endhint %}

## Why it exists

Most market interfaces ask you to read another chart. Liquidated takes a different approach: it turns the same trade stream into three synchronized forms of perception.

* **Read it:** a live tape preserves side, price, size, fill count, and age.
* **Hear it:** a physical-modelling resonator maps market activity to pitch, timbre, energy, and duration.
* **Feel it:** a liquid field turns size, direction, and pressure into spatial motion and colour.

The goal is not to predict the market. It is to make its current state easier to perceive without requiring a wallet, account, or trading action.

## Current experience

The public landing page introduces the instrument before the live feed begins. Entering the instrument connects to Hyperliquid and unlocks audio inside the same user gesture, including on mobile Safari. Once inside, market data can continue running while sound is independently muted or resumed.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://liquidated.gitbook.io/docs/overview.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
